1. Services and Products
We provide complementary therapy services and may also offer wellbeing-related products for sale. All services and products are subject to availability.
2. Appointments and Bookings
Appointments can be booked online or directly. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Payment
Payment may be made online in advance or in person at the appointment, unless otherwise stated. Prices are displayed at the time of booking or purchase.
4. Saved Card, Cancellations and Missed Appointments
When booking online, you may be asked to securely save a payment card to guarantee your appointment.
Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless you choose to pay in advance.
In the event of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours’ notice) or a missed appointment (no-show), we reserve the right to charge the applicable cancellation fee using the saved card on file.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. The full treatment fee will still apply.
6. Health and Safety
Clients must complete a health screening form prior to treatment and disclose all relevant medical information. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if they are deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
7. Treatment Disclaimer
All services provided are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or end a service at any time if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or if client behaviour is unacceptable.
9. Client Conduct
We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
12. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, have no cash value, and must be used within any stated validity period unless otherwise required by law.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and social media content, is the property of the business unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
