Our nutrition support focuses on sustainable, non-diet approaches to health. We help you navigate weight management, emotional and disordered eating, gut health and diabetes prevention through flexible guidance that fits real life. Together, we work on lasting lifestyle and behaviour change, supporting balance, nourishment and a healthier relationship with food.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please log in to your account on our website. If you do not yet have an account, you will need to create one. Please do not cancel by text or email, as this may delay the appointment being offered to another client. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
